I - General

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission if there's a lack of proper communication, rude or inappropriate behavior or breach of any of the Terms of Service.I reserve the right to alter the terms of service, but this doesn't affect commissions done in the past or orders currently in progress when the changes are made.

II - References

Please, have ready any relevant references for your character such as hair style, type of clothing, skin and eye colors, any tattoos, equipment, pose, background elements, etc.References can be provided via a pinterest board link, cloud folder such as google drive or dropbox or an imgur link, keep in mind to name your references as best as you can (such as "eye color", "hair style")Notes about the character or scene are also good, as long as it details the relevant information to the piece.All the reference will be used to help me paint the character/illustration to look as close as you have envisioned it!

III - TTRPG group character design/illustration

I'm available to work on a full group character design or a scene illustration for everyone, prices are individual per character, and I don't have a group limit for individual designs.
For full illustrations the limit of characters per page depends on the composition.Keep in mind, for this case, a representative of the group should be appointed as to make the process easier in the communication. Otherwise, each commission will be treated as a separated one.For the representative, communication, invoice and updates will be only sent to them.

IV - Ordering

Each quote will be specific to the commission made, as details can vary the price (i.e. full armor, wings, multiple limbs, characters with half animal body such as centaurs, lamias, driders, multiple outfits, full anthropomorphic characters, etc.)The commissioner will be responsible for providing the references in a timely manner and in case of group/multiple commissions, communication will be done via one person only. Consult the items on 2 - REFERENCES and 3 - TTRPG GROUP CHARACTER DESIGN/ILLUSTRATION for more details.Commissions for commercial purposes, please, contact and specify upfront that the commission is commercial, as this one requires a contract and more details about the publication.

V - Process, Revisions and Delivery

I'm available to contact via e-mail and social media from Monday through Saturday, from 9am to 20pm UTC -3, feel free to either send a mail or send a message to me on any platform linked on my main page.When the contact is made about the commission, marks the start of the work, considering your request, we will set on a price and deadlines.
I'll message you when your spot is near on the waiting list so you have time to add anything you may want, and an invoice will be sent accordingly, so upon the payment (either full or 50% upfront), I'll start the sketching process for your art.I'll provide a rough sketch (colored or not, depending on your preference), a more refined sketch with revisions and adjustments from the sketch, a lineart with flats and a final version in low resolution for approval only before the final high resolution version.For the digital sketch, only the rough sketch will be sent (colored or not, depending on your preference), before the final refined sketch version.After the refined sketch is approved, the illustration enters the final stages and no free changes will be done anymore, unless it is clearly a mistake on my side.Changes post rendering phase will be charged accordingly to the level of complexity.For more work in progress updates, the commissioner need to specify and they'll be shared at my discretion. But I usually share updates every 2 or 3 days.Additional work outside the initial project and quote will be charged accordingly and complete after payment.You'll receive:
A High Quality file without watermarks in JPG and one in TIF (or another file type you may prefer, please specify), in case of multiple variations, you'll receive one file of each type for each variation.All illustrations done by me have my signature, and you are required to not crop it off while sharing my work online. You're also required to include my name (Andromeda Fae) on the post when shared and/or tag me when available on the same social media you're sharing the illustration.Please, note that there is not a physical product, the commissions are for Digital Illustrations only.I reserve the right to generate a video of the commission done for personal use on my social media and sites as well as sharing the final images on my portfolio.
If you don't want the complete process shared, or only released in a future date in case of a TTRPG campaign, please specify, but keep in mind, NDAs may alter the final price of the commission.

VI - Payments, Refunds and Cancellations

I accept payments via PayPal only.You'll be notified when your commission is coming up on the waiting list.Payment can be done full upfront or 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. For the 50% case, the final file in high resolution and without watermarks will be sent only after the full payment is done, no exceptions.Group illustrations and large commissions can be made in 3 installments or more, this is decided on a case by case basis.Please, wait for your spot to be confirmed and until I send the invoice for what we agreed upon to be sent to make the payment.If the commissioner want to cancel an order, please contact first and we can discuss the best option, either cancellation or delaying the piece.If the commissioner still in the waiting list, and no payment has been done, the order can be cancelled without any charges.If the upfront payment has been done and the commission started, a cancellation can be done accounting for the work I have done on your commission so far, this include research, processing and management, and of course, any artistic process.We will talk about the price of the work already done and what can be sent back, the funds will be transferred by me, please, don't do a chargeback on PayPall.If in any case the commissioner do a chargeback or cancel without plans to continue the illustration in the future, I reserve the rights to the illustration done at any stage it is and profit further from it.
Chargebacks will be declined and further proof of contact and commission work will be sent to PayPal to back up.
Commissioners that do a chargeback will also be blacklisted from commissioning anything from me again in the future.

VII - Copyright and Usage

By commissioning me, you are acquiring the labor. The rights to the commission, including but not limited to: distribution, reproduction, usage for self promotion, etc, is mine, unless we agree upon it beforehand.Sketches, designs, layouts and such not added to the final image, done in the process of the commission, are also my property and shall not be redistributed by the commissioner.I do not claim property of any character and intellectual properties done in the process of illustration. They remain the commissioner property (OC) or the person/company that created them (fan art)Commissioners can't submit any of my work to online or offline contests, either with or without any sort of digital/traditional/mixed media manipulation.You also can't edit, alter or trace my work without my written permission.You can use the file for local printing, as long as it is not used for commercial purposes or massive distribution, as long as it doesn't breach the terms of use.The commissioner is strictly prohibited from using the commissioned art or any original or other images created by me, in any stage of the process, in anything related to Crypto Art/ NFT or AI and image training software.
